Welcome to the adventure!

I've created this blog to share my journey as a budding Health Counselor. Already, my education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has been transformative!

I started out in October hopeful that I would learn a lot about nutrition and health, and that I would find the confidence to go out and do this work upon graduation.

Already, I have changed my relationship with food and stress and my body. And I am ready much sooner than I expected to share my success with others. There is so much confusion around what to eat- low-fat, no-fat, good fats, bad fats, trans-fats, vegetarian, soy, dairy... It really doesn't have to be this confusing!

I will share one tip that I have learned and implemented that has already had a significant impact on my life. Water! Yep...it's that simple...drink more water!
